- Jalaj Travels reserves the right to make changes to travel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, road conditions, political unrest).
- In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements of equal value, where possible.
5. Health & Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to undertake the journey.
- Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.
- We follow all standard safety and hygiene protocols, but cannot be held liable for unexpected medical issues.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Jalaj Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, damages, losses, or any expenses caused by natural calamities, accidents, theft, or other unforeseen events.
- We act only as a travel facilitator and are not liable for the actions of third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transporters).
7. Code of Conduct
- All travelers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
- Any damage to property, misconduct, or illegal activity may result in removal from the tour without refund.

9. Jurisdiction
